Order Cancellation  

Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping without giving any reason. To exercise the right of cancellation, customers must notify our customer service representative at support@lidogirls.com to cancel the transaction with a clear statement.

Please note that once the package is shipping from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Products Return

Customers have the right to apply for return or exchange within 20 days after receiving the goods.The period will expire within 20 days from the date when a third party other than the carrier or the carrier designated by the customer actually owns the product. No refunds or exchanges for more than 20 days. If you need to return your item, please refer to our return policy as follows:

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When the packaging is no longer in the original, complete, intact, and unused state, there is no right to return or exchange. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, once the package is opened, we will not accept returns unless the product is found to be defective or damaged when the package is opened).

* To start returning, you can contact us at support@lidogirls.com. If your return is accepted, we will show you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Return processing time: 1-2 working days

*Return cost: The customer will have to bear the direct shipping cost of the return (free shipping orders need to be deducted from this part of the shipping cost.).

*Refund processing time: 1-3 working days (we need to wait until we receive the return before refunding)

Please note that before returning the package, the customer must confirm the return process with our customer service representative. Packages returned without confirmation by our customer service representatives will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and  provide us with pictures or videos of the products, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to the privacy of the product, the product that has been opened or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions or concerns about your specific project, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

As long as your product meets the return requirements, we will provide you with an address for returning the product. In addition, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return what you already own,and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
