An order can be changed only if it has not been shipped.
Before shipping, please contact lidogirls customer service and inform us that you want to change to another product.
In order to save your waiting time, please tell us the product you want to change by the way, while we operate it for you.
If the price of the product you want to exchange is higher than the original order, we will inform you to make up the difference. Once you finish it, we'll ship it for you as soon as possible.
Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number.
