Within our delivery country or region, we will provide free delivery service for each order with a purchase of  35 US dollars.

The order shipping time consists of two parts:

Before transportation:

Please confirm the personal information on your order before placing an order: including but not limited to zip code, email address, your accommodation address and your number. Before the product is shipped, we can also correct the wrong information for you. However, after shipping from our warehouse, the delivery failed or returned due to personal information errors. The related expenses incurred need to be borne by the customer. (The same is true for free shipping orders.) Therefore, please confirm your personal information again before submitting the list.

During Transportation:

Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, we will inform you of the shipping information and tracking number by email. You can check and track the latest news on our website. Due to the impact of COVID, there may be a delay in the logistics update. It is recommended that you check again in two days.

After Receiving the Goods:

Please check whether your parcel is in good condition. All products shipped from us must be packaged in good condition and without any damage before shipment after inspection. You need to check whether the package is damaged after receiving the package:

(1) If the outer packaging is opened, or the outer packaging of the product is damaged;

(2) If the outer box of the product you received has obvious water stains;

In case of the above, please take photos or videos immediately as evidence, and check whether the inner packaging is damaged or lost. And make a claim to the logistics operator. If necessary, we will assist you in filing a claim.

Wrong Goods:

If you think that you have received the wrong product, please provide us with photos or videos of the product in time. Once we confirm, we will arrange for you to reissue the product within 3 working days.
